What kind of cash games can I play?
Limit Games
- $2 Straight Texas Hold’em
- $2-4 Texas Hold’em, Omaha, and Omaha Hi-Lo 8ob
- In a $2-4 game players can bet or raise in increments of $2 before the flop (starting hand) and after the flop (first three community cards). Players can bet or raise in increments of $4 on the turn (4th community card) and river (5th community card).
- In limit games, there is a maximum of a bet and 3 raises.
No Limit Games
- $1/2 Blind No Limit and $2/5 No Limit
- In these games the betting is limited to whatever a player has on the table.
How much money do I need to play?
You can play for as little as $20.
How much can I win?
The amount that you can win is based on the limit that you are playing and the amount you choose to wager. In no limit games, you can win all of another person’s chips (this could be $100.00 or more in one hand). We also have jackpots that can be won if you are dealt certain high hands or if two people at one table have high hands. This could be thousands of dollars. Current jackpot amounts and jackpot requirements will be posted in the poker room at all times.
Can I play tournament poker?
Yes! We will offer single table tournaments throughout weekend with different buy-in amounts. Also, we will offer multi-table at 1pm and 6:30 pm daily.
How is a tournament played?
In a poker tournament each player buys in for the same amount and receives the same amount of starting chips. The chips have no cash value. Tournament play starts at its scheduled time, and continues until one person has won all of the chips in play. To help this happen faster, the blinds will go up every 20 minutes. The top 10% of the players in the tournament will receive money when they are eliminated.
